Job Summary
This role supports the legal function by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within the organization. The position assists in monitoring compliance activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating routine checks to help safeguard the companyâs operations and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Apply basic understanding of legal compliance frameworks to assist in monitoring adherence to company policies using compliance management tools.
2. Maintain and update compliance documentation utilizing document management systems to ensure accurate records.
3. Support routine internal audits by gathering and organizing relevant legal and financial data with spreadsheet and reporting tools.
4. Participate in team discussions regarding regulatory changes and assist in implementing updates to compliance checklists.
5. Use foundational knowledge of data privacy regulations to help track and report potential compliance issues within assigned tasks.
