Job Summary

Project & Program Management

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Track progress, manage risks, issues, and escalations across projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and leadership updates.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams such as Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Business.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Process & Governance

• Define and improve project/program management processes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
• Support Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies as required.
• Maintain documentation such as project plans, RAID logs, SOPs, and program charters.
