Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to senior management
- Track project budgets, costs, and overall financial performance
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reviews
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in project management roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, or similar
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is a plus
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Knowledge of SharePoint, reporting dashboards, or workflow tools
