Job Summary
TIBCO BusinessEvents Developer responsible for designing and developing event‑driven, real-time processing solutions using TIBCO BE. The role focuses on complex event processing (CEP), business rules implementation, and enterprise integration.
3-5 years of Hands- On experience on end-to-end TIBCO BE development work.
Design and develop event-driven applications using TIBCO BusinessEvents
Implement business rules, decision tables, and rule functions for real-time processing
Develop and manage events, concepts, channels, and rule-based workflows
Build and integrate BE solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and messaging systems (JMS/EMS)
Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment (SDLC)
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
Support production issues and enhancements
Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams for integration design
Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements
Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) development
Good knowledge of event-driven architecture (EDA) / CEP
Hands-on with:
Concepts, Events, Rules, Decision Tables
Channels, Rule Functions, Deployments
Other Requirements
Experience with Kafka / Streaming / Messaging systems
Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure) and containerization
Experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices
