Job Summary

Job Summary : Well versed with below Optical technologies/concepts: DWDM, EDFA Vs RAMAN amplifiers, ROADM, FOADM, Optical Transponders, Optical Coherent technology, ASE, OSNR, FEC, Different fiber types, Non Linear effects, Different modulation schemes (16QAM, 8QAM etc), Dispersion Good understanding of FCAPS functionalities Expertise in troubleshooting Optical DWDM networks Experience in software upgrades in large networks Min 4 years of Hands on experience on working on Optical DWDM line systems from Ciena, Infinera, Cisco etc Must Have Soft Skills: Good technical document writing skills Experience in working in cross team environment across diff time zones Experience in driving meeting with peers in customers and Vendors teams
