Job Summary

This role provides solid expertise in infrastructure management consulting, supporting clients in optimizing their IT environments and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The position contributes to the delivery of infrastructure assessments, solution recommendations, and implementation support, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability for client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess IT infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds and Nagios to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
2. Develop infrastructure optimization plans by leveraging VMware and Hyper-V, ensuring efficient resource utilization and scalability.
3. Support implementation of cloud migration strategies using AWS and Azure, facilitating seamless transition and integration of client systems.
4. Analyze network security posture with Cisco and Fortinet solutions, providing actionable recommendations to enhance protection and compliance.
5. Prepare and present technical documentation and reports using Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress and outcomes.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues using ServiceNow and ITIL-based processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
