• Should have owned Datacenter and Build and Migration project as Solution Design and Implementer for Enterprise Customer Solution      
• Compute build and migration
•    Adhering to SLAs                            
•        Handling tickets / requests                                   
•        Perform root cause analysis                                 
•        Troubleshooting technical issues                                      
•        Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to                             
•        Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration  
•        Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA                                 
•        Understanding of Multigeo support environment                               
•        Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment                            
•        Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction                                   
•        Suggests new technologies and design changes                               
•        Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members                               
•        Planning Backup/Restoration Strategy for 24x7 operation support                                   
•        Suggesting patches/upgrades to maintain security level                                
•        Testing / Auditing/processes as required from time to time                          

       Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating

Skill Requirements

• Should have more than 3+ years of Solution Design for Complex Enterprise Datacenter Build and Migration, Server Administration experience preferably with atleast 2+ years of hands-on experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining a medium/large environment
• Provide Elevated Support for Windows, Cluster ,VMWARE, Hyper-v and x86 ( HP 7000,Cisco UCS, Hyper-converge technologies)
• Having Knowledge on VMware Infrastructure Management (Installation, Up gradation, Troubleshooting)
• Design, implementation and supporting of VMware  and Hyper-v Infrastructure.

VMware ESX i5.x,4.x, ESX (from version 2.5 to the latest release) till vSphere 4 Suite

In-depth Knowledge of ESXi/Hyper-v Infrastructure, Architecture. 

VMware High-Availability

VMware VMotion

VMware DRS

VMware vCenter and vCenter Update Manager/SCVMM

VMware vCenter and Web console

Deep Working Knwoledge of Vmware Distributed switches

Working on Knowledge on Cisco 1000v Appliances ( Sw/HW) 

Other Requirements

·       Capacity planning, implementation and support of VI 4 Systems infrastructure

·       Working knowledge on Blade and Rack Server, Advance knowledge on Troubleshooting the Hardware related issue on HP C7000 and Cisco UCS Chassis.

·       Working experience on HP Monitoring Tools

·       Good Exposure to Service profile configuration on HP and Cisco Blades.

·       Knowledge on Migration and Virtual Center 

·       Installation and Configuration of backup

·       Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue

·       Capacity planning and Fine tune system for optimal performance

·       Should have good communication and customer interaction skills.

·       Global exposure in large environments would be preferred.

·       Onsite transition and migration experience would be an added advantage.

·       Should have experience on migration tool platespin, VMware converter, etc…

·       Planning and execution on esx, OS upgrade

·       Good understanding on Data migration tool

·       Must be open for 24x7 operations

·       Should have hands-on experience on windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2016 

·       Good understanding on network / storage /backup tool
