Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to support Field Service Practice and solutioning with hands-on experience with reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis. The candidate must possess strong Microsoft Excel and other office 365 app skills. This role requires career-oriented individual with basic (if not hands-on understanding) of Onsite /Field Service operations and/or solutioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly tracker
- Manage and work on solution and commercial sheets
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and business insights for leadership reviews.
- Analyse service delivery performance, ticket trends, productivity, and SLA adherence.
- Present meaningful insights through charts, graphs, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate with operations teams for data collection and reporting requirements.
