Job Summary
Experience 4 – 6 Years Role Summary We are seeking an experienced DocuSign CLM Developer with strong expertise in Forms (DocGen), Workflow Configuration, Rules Engine, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Enterprise Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting DocuSign CLM solutions that automate contract generation, approval workflows, document routing, electronic signatures, and integrations with enterprise applications. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in configuring DocuSign CLM business processes, developing forms and templates, implementing workflow automation, and integrating DocuSign with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, or other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Contract Lifecycle Management Design, configure, and implement end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions using DocuSign CLM. Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, document generation processes, and approval workflows. Configure contract repositories, metadata structures, security, and lifecycle stages. Forms & Document Generation Develop and maintain DocuSign CLM Forms/DocGen templates. Configure dynamic templates using conditional logic, merge fields, business rules, and reusable content. Ensure accuracy and compliance of generated contractual documents. Workflow & Rules Development Design and configure complex workflow processes including: Contract requests Reviews and approvals Legal sign-offs Escalations Renewal processes Obligation management Implement business rules, validations, routing conditions, and approval hierarchies. Optimize workflow performance and contract cycle times. Integration Development Integrate DocuSign CLM with enterprise platforms including: Salesforce SAP ServiceNow Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Custom applications Develop REST/SOAP API integrations. Configure DocuSign Connect and event-based integrations. Support data synchronization and document exchange between systems. Solution Design & Support Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CLM solutions. Participate in solution architecture, design reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. Troubleshoot workflow, document generation, and integration issues. Provide recommendations for platform enhancements and process improvements. Required Technical Skills Must Have 4+ years of experience in DocuSign CLM development and implementation. Strong knowledge of: DocuSign CLM Administration DocGen / Forms
