Job Summary
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Maintain centralized datasets and trackers
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI / Excel / Tableau
- Create client-ready reports and visualizations
- Automate reporting using tools and macros where applicable
- Provide insights through data trends and analytics
Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Generate actionable insights for management
- Support decision-making with data-backed reports
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget, Target vs Achievement)
Identify opportunities to automate manual reports
- Improve existing MIS processes for efficiency
- Develop and maintain standard templates and trackers
- Implement best practices for data governance
Work closely with PMO, Operations, Finance, HR, and Business teams
- Understand reporting requirements and deliver accordingly
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required
- Present insights to stakeholders when needed
- Ensure adherence to data policies and reporting standards
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and data sources
- Support audits and compliance activities
- MIS reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
- Power BI dashboards
- Data analysis reports
- Resource / financial trackers
- Performance metrics reports
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Strong knowledge of Power BI (DAX, dashboards, data modeling)
- Knowledge of SQL (preferred)
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio – optional)
