Job Summary

This role leads strategic consulting engagements within the Delivery Process Outsourcing (DPO) business, driving organizational transformation and aligning business objectives with technology solutions. The position is responsible for shaping enterprise-wide initiatives, influencing client strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex outsourcing programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute enterprise strategy for DPO consulting by leveraging process optimization frameworks and digital transformation methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
2. Lead solution architecture and delivery planning using advanced analytics platforms and automation tools, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
3. Oversee the implementation of large-scale outsourcing programs by managing cross-functional teams and integrating cloud-based technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Advise clients on organizational transformation initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights and change management techniques to facilitate adoption and sustain improvements.
5. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions that support business growth and scalability within the DPO domain.
