Job Summary

This role drives strategic consulting initiatives within the infrastructure management domain, shaping client engagements and delivering transformative solutions that align technology with business objectives. The position provides visionary leadership, oversees complex programs, and ensures the successful execution of infrastructure strategies to maximize organizational value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead enterprise strategy development by leveraging infrastructure management expertise and industry best practices to define, architect, and implement large-scale transformation programs for clients.
2. Provide visionary leadership in cloud migration, virtualization, and automation using platforms such as AWS, Azure, VMware, and Ansible, ensuring alignment with client business goals and regulatory requirements.
3. Oversee complex solutioning and delivery of infrastructure modernization projects, utilizing advanced knowledge of network, storage, and compute technologies to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
4. Guide organizational transformation by advising C-level stakeholders on infrastructure investments, risk mitigation, and operational excellence, using data-driven insights and benchmarking tools.
5. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery by evaluating emerging technologies, developing strategic roadmaps, and fostering a culture of technical excellence across consulting teams.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
