Job Summary : The IAM Professional is responsible for managing identity lifecycle, access provisioning, governance, and compliance across enterprise systems. The role ensures secure access to systems while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities : 1. Access Management Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications Ensure timely access fulfillment aligned with SLAs Enforce least privilege and role-based access controls (RBAC) 2. Identity Governance & Compliance Conduct periodic access reviews (UAR / recertifications) Ensure adherence to security policies and audit requirements (SOX, ISO, etc.) Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence 3. Incident & Request Management Handle IAM-related incidents, service requests, and access issues Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution with relevant teams Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and escalation protocols 4. Role & Policy Management Define and manage roles, entitlements, and access policies Implement and enforce segregation of duties (SoD) controls Maintain RBAC models and entitlement catalogs 5. Privileged Access Management (PAM) Manage privileged accounts and elevated access Monitor privileged sessions and ensure compliance Implement controls for secure usage of administrative accounts 6. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business owners, application teams, and security teams Provide regular updates, reports, and dashboards Support audit and compliance discussions with stakeholders 7. Tools & Technologies Management Manage IAM tools such as Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, etc. Ensure directory services health and synchronization Support integrations with enterprise applications 8. Reporting & Audit Support Generate access reports, compliance dashboards, and SLA metrics Support internal and external audits Track and remediate audit findings 9. Automation & Process Improvement Automate access provisioning workflows and approval processes Improve onboarding/offboarding lifecycle processes Identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization 10.
