Job Summary

This role leads strategic consulting engagements within the infrastructure management domain, driving the design and implementation of robust solutions that align with client business objectives. The position is responsible for delivering expert guidance, managing complex projects, and ensuring best practices are adopted across infrastructure operations to support organizational growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide expert consulting in infrastructure management by leveraging ITIL frameworks and cloud technologies to assess, design, and optimize client environments.
2. Lead solution architecture and implementation using virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V, ensuring scalability and reliability.
3. Drive infrastructure transformation initiatives by recommending automation tools like Ansible and Terraform to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
4. Oversee the deployment and integration of monitoring solutions such as Nagios and SolarWinds, ensuring proactive incident management and service continuity.
5. Advise on security and compliance strategies using industry standards and tools, ensuring infrastructure meets regulatory and organizational requirements.
6. Mentor team members in advanced infrastructure practices, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the consulting group.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with broader business strategies and technology roadmaps.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
