Job Summary

This role is accountable for driving strategic program management and delivery excellence across infrastructure management lines of business. The position ensures alignment of program objectives with organizational goals, oversees complex service delivery initiatives, and provides visionary leadership to enable transformation and operational efficiency at scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead program management using advanced infrastructure delivery frameworks, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale initiatives across multiple business units.
2. Define and implement strategic service delivery models leveraging ITIL, cloud platforms, and automation tools to optimize operational performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Oversee risk management and compliance activities by applying enterprise governance standards and monitoring regulatory adherence throughout program lifecycles.
4. Drive cross-functional collaboration utilizing program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and resolve escalations.
5. Champion continuous improvement by integrating emerging technologies and best practices into infrastructure delivery processes, fostering innovation and scalability.
6. Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to program teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and transformation.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
