Job Summary

Program Director – Supply Chain to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, with a primary focus on migration from Blue Yonder to o9 platform. This leadership role will drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation across Demand, Supply, and S&OP processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational excellence, and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities

"Strategic Leadership & Transformation
•    Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale BY → o9 transformation programs
•    Drive enterprise-wide IBP transformation, aligning planning processes across Demand, Supply, and Finance
•    Partner with C-level stakeholders to shape future-state supply chain planning ecosystems
•    Ensure alignment of technology, data, processes, and organizational capabilities
Program Governance & Execution Oversight
•    Establish and oversee end-to-end program governance, operating model, and delivery framework
•    Provide executive oversight across multiple workstreams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, Data, Integration)
•    Drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and business outcomes
•    Lead steering committees, executive reviews, and strategic decision-making forums
Transformation Delivery & Value Realization
•    Oversee implementation of o9 platform solutions across: 
o    Demand Planning (Forecasting, Demand Intelligence)
o    Supply Planning (Solver-based optimization, SCS)
o    IBP / S&OP processes

Skill Requirements

Leadership Experience
•    15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, and Digital Transformation
•    Proven track record in leading large, complex, multi-year transformation programs
•    Extensive experience in Program/Portfolio Management at enterprise scale
Domain & Platform Expertise
•    Deep expertise in: 
o    Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP / S&OP
o    End-to-end supply chain transformation programs
•    Strong experience with planning platforms: 
o    o9 (highly preferred)
o    Blue Yonder (BY)

Transformation Expertise
•    Hands-on experience in platform migration programs (BY → o9 preferred)
•    Strong understanding of process harmonization, data transformation, and system integration
•    Exposure to AI-driven planning and advanced analytics frameworks
Executive Leadership Skills
•    Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
•    Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
•    Ability to influence at C-suite level
•    Experience managing global teams and multi-vendor ecosystems"
