Job Summary

The Delivery Head is responsible for leading and managing large-scale delivery operations across multiple programs, portfolios, or customer accounts. The role ensures successful execution of project commitments, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, resource optimization, and people development. The Delivery Head serves as a strategic partner to customers and executive leadership while driving business outcomes, governance, risk management, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple programs, projects, and managed services engagements.Ensure delivery commitments are met with respect to scope, schedule, quality, and budget.Drive operational excellence through standardized delivery frameworks, governance processes, and automation initiatives.Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
