Job Summary

Seeking a Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of a scalable enterprise data platform supporting manufacturing analytics, ERP integration, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will focus on enabling data-driven operations, plant analytics, and IT-OT data convergence

 

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities - 

Define and implement enterprise data architecture, standards, and models 

Design data platforms (Data Lake / Warehouse / Lakehouse) and integration solutions 

Enable data ingestion (batch & real-time) from ERP, MES, IoT, and supply chain systems 

Establish data governance, data quality, and MDM frameworks 

Support manufacturing use cases (production analytics, predictive maintenance, OEE) 

Collaborate with business and IT teams to align data strategy with business goals 

Evaluate and recommend cloud/data technologies and tools 

Skill Requirements

10+ years in Data Engineering / Data Architecture 

Strong data modeling (Dimensional / Data Vault) 

Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines 

Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) 

Strong SQL and experience with large-scale data systems 

Experience with data governance, metadata, and data quality

Other Requirements

Manufacturing / Industrial domain experience (Steel, Automotive, etc.) 

Exposure to MES, IoT, SCADA, plant data integration 

Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, or similar platforms 

Familiarity with AI/ML or advanced analytics enablement

Minimum Salary (US):  155000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
