9. Ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and governance policies

Skill Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in Azure Data Engineering, Healthcare Data Integration, Analytics, and Reporting to support digital health and medical device initiatives

This role requires strong technical expertise in Azure Data Services, healthcare interoperability standards, database technologies, data quality management, and analytics platforms, along with the ability to work collaboratively with clinical, engineering, and business stakeholders to generate actionable insights from healthcare data.

 

 The first activity is data cleaning so candidate should be skilled to do below activities and eventually build pipelines and do analytics work using power BI 

 

Data Cleansing & Quality Management

• Perform data cleansing and transformation on patient and device datasets.

• Identify and resolve:

• Missing values
• Duplicate records
• Data inconsistencies
• Outliers and anomalies
• Standardize healthcare data formats including:

• Patient identifiers
• Device telemetry readings
• Clinical observations
• Timestamp normalization
• Implement data profiling, validation, and auditing processes.

• Create automated data quality frameworks and validation checks within Azure pipelines.

• Maintain data lineage, metadata, and audit documentation to support regulatory compliance.

• Ensure adherence to:

• HIPAA
• FDA data traceability requirements
• HL7 and FHIR standards
• Internal data governance policies
