Data Governance Lead

Job Summary

To establish and drive enterprise-wide data governance frameworks ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and compliance while enabling trusted data usage across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1.Define and implement data governance strategy, frameworks, and policies
2. Establish data quality standards, controls, and monitoring mechanisms
3. Drive data stewardship and ownership across business units
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements
5. Implement metadata management, cataloguing, and lineage practices
6. Collaborate with technology teams to embed governance into systems
7. Monitor and address data risks, issues, and remediation plans
8. Drive awareness and adoption of governance practices across stakeholders
9. Provide governance reporting and insights to leadership
