Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage daily with international stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements. Prior business-facing experience is essential for this role.
2. Design and implement analytics strategies to solve complex business challenges.
3. Develop analytics products using  Power BI, Snowflake, SQL and Alteryx
4. Drive process efficiency by automating manual, data-driven, non-value-added activities.
5. Perform ad hoc, business-outcome-driven analytics to demonstrate the value of data and insights.
6. Identify and facilitate opportunities for applying AI solutions to business problems.
7. Contribute to the growth and evolution of analytics capabilities and team skillsets.
8. Take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle of analytics products, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Required Qualifications

1. 6+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role.

2. Strong experience with data preparation, processing, and visualization across diverse data sources.
3. High proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment. Familiarity with and ability to leverage AI to develop and deliver analytics products
5. Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.
6. Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting technical issues.
7. Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a curious mindset and experience working in agile environments.
8. Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and reporting.
9. Intermediate knowledge of statistical methods and predictive/analytical modeling techniques.
10. Intermediate proficiency in Python programming.
