Deals Manager/Legal Manager

Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving strategic contract decisions and ensuring robust legal compliance within HCLSoftware best practices. The individual will oversee the customer facing contract negotiations for HCLSoftware, manage risk assessments, and ensure all business transactions adhere to HCLSoftware standards. They will play a key role in enabling profitable business operations through HCLSoftware legal requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

handling all customer facing contracting including RFPs within DACH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland); train and manage younger attorneys on the HCLS EMEA Cluster.

Skill Requirements

Legal Degree from Austria or Germany or Switzerland; relevant work experience

Other Requirements

Fluent in German and English; experience with negotiations with German customers
