Job Summary

This role ensures the effective implementation and oversight of compliance frameworks within delivery operations, driving adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The position is responsible for managing compliance risks, developing and refining processes, and providing strategic guidance to delivery teams to safeguard business integrity and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee compliance management by implementing and monitoring risk and compliance frameworks using GRC platforms, ensuring delivery operations align with regulatory and internal standards.
2. Lead compliance assessments and audits utilizing tools such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and internal audit software to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
3. Develop and maintain compliance documentation and reporting using MS Office Suite and compliance management systems, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to stakeholders.
4. Provide expert guidance on regulatory changes and risk mitigation strategies, leveraging industry standards and best practices to support delivery teams in maintaining compliance.
5. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to address compliance issues, facilitate training sessions, and promote a culture of risk awareness and ethical conduct.
6. Analyze compliance data and metrics using analytics tools to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making.
