Job Summary

This role is accountable for driving compliance delivery across regional operations within the Risk & Compliance function. The position ensures alignment with global standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, providing strategic oversight and governance to mitigate risks and uphold ethical practices. The individual will influence compliance frameworks, support audit readiness, and foster a culture of proactive risk management across the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide architectural leadership in designing and implementing regional compliance frameworks using enterprise GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory mandates.
2. Drive strategic technical direction for compliance delivery by integrating risk assessment tools and automating monitoring processes to enhance operational efficiency and transparency.
3. Oversee cross-domain compliance initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics and reporting technologies to identify, assess, and remediate compliance risks across business units.
4. Govern the deployment and continuous improvement of compliance controls using specialized compliance management software, ensuring effective documentation and audit readiness.
5. Lead regional compliance reviews and gap analyses utilizing data visualization and workflow automation tools to support executive decision-making and regulatory reporting.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure enterprise-scale design and execution of compliance training programs, utilizing e-learning platforms and digital content management systems.
