Job Summary

The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing AMS Verification, EMI/EMC Design, and AMS Design. The primary focus will be on ensuring the successful verification of AMS designs, addressing EMI/EMC challenges, and driving the overall AMS design process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the ams verification process to ensure functionality and performance criteria are met
2. Develop and implement strategies for effective emi/emc design to achieve compliance standards
3. Drive the design of analog and mixed signal (ams) circuits, systems, and layouts
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate ams designs into larger product solutions
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
6. Conduct design reviews and identify areas for improvement in the ams verification and design process

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in verifying analog and mixed signal (ams) designs
2. Strong knowledge of emi/emc design principles and methodologies
3. Experience in designing analog and mixed signal (ams) circuits and systems
4. Proficient in industry standard ams design tools and software
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
