Job Summary
The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design projects related to adobe illustrator, Packaging Design and verification, and AutoCAD. The primary objective is to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet client requirements and adhere to project timelines.
Information architecture knowledge
Technical writing
Language and editor expertise
Experience in using Oxygen editor, DITA tags, and Ixiasoft DITA CMS.
Understand markdown and GIT
Agile/lean knowledge including release management
Technical coordination
Information security
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate design projects from concept development to final execution
2. Create and implement design strategies that align with project goals
3. Utilize adobe illustrator, packaging design and verification, and autocad to produce innovative and visually appealing designs
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand standards
5. Conduct quality checks and verification processes to maintain design integrity
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design software and techniques
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and resources effectively
