Job Summary

The Design Lead is responsible for overseeing the design team, setting design standards, and contributing to the design strategy within the organization. This role plays a critical part in aligning the design efforts with business goals by collaborating with key stakeholders and ensuring that high-quality design solutions are delivered. The Design Lead will also stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation and excellence in design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Key Stakeholders To Understand Business Objectives And Integrate Design Thinking Into Product Development Using Autocad, Ensuring Designs Meet Functional And Aesthetic Requirements.
2. Lead A Team Of Designers, Providing Guidance And Mentorship While Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Align With Overall Business Goals And Adhere To Established Design Standards.
3. Present Design Concepts And Strategies To Stakeholders Utilizing Autocad Visualizations And Gather Constructive Feedback To Refine And Improve Design Proposals.
4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices Specific To Autocad, Ensuring Consistency And Quality Across Design Outputs.
5. Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies Relevant To Design And Autocad, Driving Innovation And Excellence In Design Practices To Enhance Project Outcomes.

Skill Requirements
