Job Summary

The Design Lead will be responsible for providing expertise in c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal Design. The main objective of this role is to lead the design team, oversee the development of c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal designs, and ensure high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design team in creating and developing c,creo/proe,sheet metal designs according to project requirements
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into the overall product
3. Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvements as needed
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to c,creo/proe,sheet metal design
5. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when necessary

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in c, creo/proe software for 3d modeling and design
2. Strong background in sheet metal design and fabrication processes
3. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a design team
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address design challenges efficiently

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal Design are a plus
