Design Lead - DFMA, CAD Software, Creo

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Engineering, Validation, Design Engineering, or related functions.
  • Experience with agricultural, construction, automotive, heavy equipment, or off-highway machinery.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and stage-gate project management.
  • Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, Root Cause Analysis, and Design Reviews.
  • Proficiency with CAD systems (Creo, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Experience managing supplier technical relationships.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
