Job Summary

The Design Lead is responsible for overseeing the design team focused on UC and uP based design, setting design standards, and contributing to the overall design strategy. 1. Collaborate With Key Stakeholders To Understand Business Objectives And Integrate Design Thinking Into Uc And Up Based Software And Product Development.
2. Lead A Team Of Designers By Providing Technical Guidance In Uc And Up Based Design Principles, Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Align With Business Goals.
3. Present Design Concepts And Strategies Utilizing Uc And Up Technologies To Stakeholders, Gather Feedback, And Iterate On Designs Based On Input.
4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices Specific To Uc And Up Based Design, Ensuring Consistency And Quality Across Projects.
5. Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Uc And Up Design To Drive Innovation And Maintain Excellence In Design Practices.

Skill Requirements
