2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Guidance On Product Design Principles And Methodologies, To Deliver High-Quality Design Solutions That Meet Project Requirements.
3. Present Design Concepts And Strategies To Stakeholders, Effectively Gathering Feedback To Refine And Enhance Design Outcomes.
4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices In Product Design To Ensure Consistency And Quality Across All Design Efforts.
5. Stay Informed About Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies, Leveraging Insights To Drive Innovation And Excellence In Product Design.<b>
Skill Requirements: 1. Solid Understanding Of Product Design Principles And Methodologies.
2. Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Or Figma.
3. Strong Knowledge Of Design For Manufacturing And Assembly (Dfma) Principles.
4. Familiarity With Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (Gd&T) Techniques.
5. Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills.
