Job Summary

The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing Sheet Metal Design, Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DFMA), and utilizing Creo/ProE. The primary focus will be on leading the design team and ensuring efficient and effective design processes to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description: 

Very Good experience in onsite-offshore coordination Managing large assemblies and system layout using reference geometry In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, sheet metal forming & operations Develop conceptual and detailed designs using 3D modeling software packages (ProE/Creo, etc.) Proficient in 3D solid modeling using CAD, preferably ProE/Creo Understanding of materials and fabrication techniques for vacuum systems Be able to work in a multi-discipline and multi-culture global organization. Be flexible and adaptive to adjust project focus based on priority changes. Excellent writing skills and verbal communication Good knowledge of Engineering Materials in the design environment. 3. Advanced knowledge of creo/proe software for designing components and assemblies.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for design optimization.

6. Ability to lead and mentor a design team to foster creativity and innovation.
7. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality designs within project timelines.

Minimum Salary (US):  69000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
