Job Summary

The Design Lead is responsible for overseeing the design team to ensure the creation of high-quality design solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves setting design standards, contributing to design strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to embed design thinking into the software development lifecycle. The Design Lead plays a critical role in fostering innovation and excellence in design while being at the forefront of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Key Stakeholders To Gather Business Requirements And Integrate Design Thinking Principles Into Software Development Using Spring Boot To Ensure User-Centric Solutions.
2. Lead A Team Of Designers By Providing Technical Guidance In Spring Boot, Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Meet Business Goals And Technical Specifications.
3. Present Design Concepts And Strategies To Stakeholders, Utilizing Spring Boot Frameworks To Showcase How Design Solutions Can Enhance Product Functionality And User Experience.
4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices Specific To Spring Boot Applications, Ensuring Consistency And Quality Across All Design Outputs.
5. Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies Related To Spring Boot And Software Design To Drive Innovation And Excellence Within The Design Team.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Spring Boot And Its Application In Designing Scalable Applications.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Java Programming Language And Its Design Patterns.
