Job Summary

Good hands-on experience with Creo/NX/SolidWorks tool - Part Modeling, Assembly and Drawing etc., experience on NX/Creo Cabling and NX/Creo Sheet Metal will be added advantageKnowledge in Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO) - Should have hands on experience on SAP&ECTR, Wind chill OR TeamcenterKnowledge in Plastic / Casting and Sheetmetal part design and manufacturing processesGood Understanding in manufacturing process, Casting & machiningGood Understanding in Plating’s, Coating and surface finish requirementsBOM preparation, manufacturing drawings & drawing standard knowledgeMust have good skills in 3D concept development, 2D development drawingsknowledge in GD&T and Tolerance analysis

Key Responsibilities

1. To collaborate with key stakeholders, to understand business objectives and work with them to integrate design thinking into software/product development.
2. To lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals.
3. To present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback.
4. To establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
5. To stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.
