Job Summary
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, system integration, and ESD-controlled production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in box-build assembly involving PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, backplanes, electromechanical assemblies, and complete electronic systems.
• Experience with aerospace-grade connectors, cable routing, crimping, soldering, torque tightening, locking, varnishing, conformal coating, marking, and final integration activities.
• Experience in assembly and disassembly of complex electronic systems, subassemblies, and LRUs.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes including bonding, gluing, potting, encapsulation, gasketing, and sealing.
• Develop and optimize assembly and integration processes for new and existing products.
• Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions, process flow diagrams, visual aids, and standard operating procedures.
• Define assembly sequence, process controls, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methodologies.
• Support product industrialization and transfer from engineering development to serial production.
• Participate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Test (DFT) reviews.
• Support prototype, qualification, pilot, and production builds.

3. To present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback.
4. To establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
5. To stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.
Skill Requirements
Production Support & Continuous Improvement
• Provide technical support to production teams for assembly, integration, and test-related issues.
• Investigate manufacturing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive yield improvement, cycle-time reduction, defect reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Support troubleshooting and failure analysis during product qualification and production.
Other Requirements
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with:
• IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC J-STD-001, AS9100 / ISO9001 requirements, Customer-specific aerospace and defense requirements,
• Support non-conformance investigations and corrective action implementation.
Experience:
• 7–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, process engineering, industrialization, or system integration.
