Job Summary

The Visual Communication Designer plays a vital role in creating and designing impactful software solutions tailored to meet project needs. This position emphasizes the importance of understanding user requirements and translating them into engaging and functional visual designs that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct Thorough Analysis Of User Needs And System Specifications, Utilizing Visual Communication Design Principles To Inform Design Decisions.
2. Develop Detailed Design Specifications And Documentation That Outline System Components And User Interfaces, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives And User Expectations.
3. Create Prototypes Using Tools Such As Sketch And Adobe Xd To Illustrate Software Functionality, Gather Feedback, And Iterate On Designs Based On User And Stakeholder Input.
4. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers And Product Managers, To Create Cohesive And User-Friendly Interfaces That Enhance The Overall User Experience.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Visual Communication Design Principles And Practices.
2. Familiarity With Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) And Prototyping Software (E.G. Figma, Axure).
3. Basic Knowledge Of User-Centered Design Processes And Methodologies.
4. Fundamental Skills In Creating Wireframes, Mockups, And Visual Assets.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Adobe Certified Associate (Aca) In Visual Communication, Certified Usability Analyst (Cua).
