Job Summary

The Designer will be responsible for creating designs focused on Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA), CAD design skills, and utilizing CREO software. The primary objective is to ensure optimized designs that can be effectively manufactured and assembled.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed designs and technical drawings using cad design skills
2. Implement design for manufacturing & assembly (dfma) principles to enhance product manufacturability and assembly efficiency
3. Utilize creo software to create and modify designs according to project requirements
4. Collaborate within team to ensure design feasibility and functionality
5. Conduct design reviews and provide recommendations for design optimization
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design activities

Skill Requirements

1. Knowledge of design for manufacturing & assembly (dfma) principles and practices
2. Cad design skills with the ability to create detailed technical drawings
3. Experience working with creo software for designing and modifying products
4. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design work
5. Communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
6. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product design and development

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in CAD design, DFMA, or CREO are a plus

Minimum Salary (US):  58000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
