Job Summary

This role involves designing and executing manufacturing simulations, along with handling Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation using Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer. The primary responsibilities include creating and validating manufacturing processes and layouts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop manufacturing simulations to optimize production processes.
2. Collaborate within team to ensure simulation meets project requirements.
3. Utilize simulation proc/design/layout/validation techniques to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
4. Implement and validate manufacturing layouts using tecnomatix emplanner/process designer.
5. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on simulation results.
6. Troubleshoot any issues related to manufacturing simulations and layouts.

Skill Requirements

1. Knowledge of manufacturing simulation techniques and tools.
2. Familiarity with simulation proc/design/layout/validation processes.
3. Knowledge of tecnomatix emplanner/process designer software.
4. Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable manufacturing insights.
5. Good problem-solving and project management skills.
6. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in manufacturing simulation tools and processes are a plus.
