Skill Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Mathematics.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with CAE tools (e.g., Abaqus, Ansys, CFX, Fluent, OpenFOAM, HyperMesh, MATLAB, AMESim).
- Practical experience in meshing, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and structural analysis (static and dynamic).
- Willingness to expand knowledge in simulation and product understanding.
- Basic knowledge of materials, strength, and durability.
- Highly enthusiastic, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong discipline, positive mindset, and teamwork spirit.
- Intermediate or higher communication skills, including English and soft skills.
