Skill Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with CAE tools (e.g., Abaqus, Ansys, CFX, Fluent, OpenFOAM, HyperMesh, MATLAB, AMESim).
  • Practical experience in meshing, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and structural analysis (static and dynamic).
  • Willingness to expand knowledge in simulation and product understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of materials, strength, and durability.
  • Highly enthusiastic, motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Strong discipline, positive mindset, and teamwork spirit.
  • Intermediate or higher communication skills, including English and soft skills.

Other Requirements

Soft Skills

  • Proactive, fast learner, and capable of working independently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong team collaboration mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the automotive industry, especially steering systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Ansys Workbench and Python programming.
