Job Summary

The Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB. The primary focus will be on the development, and implementation of software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using java, spring boot, and mongodb.
2. Collaborate within team to define, and ship new features.
3. Troubleshoot, identify, and fix software defects to ensure optimal performance.
4. Write clean, efficient, and well documented code.
5. Implement best practices in software development lifecycle to ensure project success.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in java, spring boot, and mongodb.

Skill Requirements

1. Knowledge of java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
2. Handson knowledge of spring boot framework for developing and deploying java based applications.
3. Knowledge of mongodb database and ability to design efficient data models.
4. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
5. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
6. Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or MongoDB are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
