Job Summary

Job Summary:
Experienced Testing Lead with 8–10 years of strong functional and API testing experience in the eCommerce domain. The ideal candidate should be customer-facing, capable of working directly with business stakeholders and end users, and able to lead a small QA team while ensuring high-quality delivery across manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Act as the primary QA point of contact for customers, business stakeholders, and end users.
•    Solid understanding of the eCommerce domain, including Order management, Catalog & pricing, Checkout and payments, Third-party integrations (ERP / CRM / Payment gateways)
•    Collaborate closely with business users to understand requirements and validate functional flows across applications.
•    Lead and execute functional, system, integration, and UAT testing for eCommerce platforms.
•    Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Strategies, Test Suites, and Test Cases.
•    Hands on experience in writing the Automation test cases using Java, Selenium ensuring end to end coverage of newly enhanced functionalities
•    Guide and mentor a team of 2–3 QA engineers, including task allocation and review of deliverables.
•    Perform and oversee API testing, mapping data across various functional workflows.
•    Support geographically distributed users by clearly explaining application functionality during testing phases.
•    Review defects, manage defect lifecycle, and ensure timely closure in collaboration with development teams.
•    Provide regular test status reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
