Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Scrum Master with strong Agile expertise to lead and facilitate Scrum delivery across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile practices, ensuring smooth execution of sprints, and enabling collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices
  • Manage and support multiple Scrum teams (approx. 10 members total) ensuring alignment and delivery efficiency
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments to improve team productivity and flow
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization
  • Drive continuous improvement across teams through retrospectives and feedback mechanisms 
  • Monitor sprint progress, risks, and dependencies, and proactively communicate status to stakeholders
  • Ensure effective use of Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint tracking, dashboards, and reporting
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and Agile maturity within teams

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Strong hands-on experience working as an Agile Scrum Master (not just coordination)
  • Experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously 
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile delivery management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (critical requirement)
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle cross-team dependencies and drive alignment

Other Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum certifications such as CSM / PSM
  • Exposure to scaling frameworks (SAFe) is an added advantage 
  • Experience in collaborative, cross-functional Agile environments
