Job Summary
To develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time| quality and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain SAP SD module (Order to Cash process)
- Handle sales order processing, billing, shipping, pricing
- Assist in configuration of SD components (pricing, output, partner determination)
- Work on master data (customer, material, pricing conditions)
- Troubleshoot and resolve tickets/issues from business users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI)
- Assist in testing (unit testing, UAT) and documentation
- Support SAP implementation/rollout projects (if applicable)
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SAP SD processes
- Understanding of:
- Sales Order Cycle (Inquiry → Quotation → Order → Delivery → Billing)
- Pricing & Condition Techniques
- Shipping & Billing processes
- Familiarity with IDOCs / interfaces (basic level)
- Basic debugging or exposure to ABAP (optional)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Commerce / Management / IT
- SAP SD certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- 1 year of hands-on or support experience in SAP SD
- Exposure to support projects or implementation is a plus
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of S/4HANA SD
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Understanding of business processes in sales & logistics

- Willingness to learn and adapt
