Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle EPM FCCS ConsultantJob Description: Skilled Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant to support and enhance our Financial Consolidation and Close operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS) with a strong understanding of ownership management, demerger and restructuring, separation activities, data management, and intercompany eliminations. The candidate should also demonstrate hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining complex financial close models and integrations.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the configuration and maintenance of FCCS applications including metadata, rules, forms, and reports.• Manage ownership management functionalities in FCCS including dynamic consolidation calculations for partially owned entities.• Design and execute demerger/separation strategy within FCCS (e.g., creating new legal entities, historical ownership tracking, movement of data across hierarchies).• Implement and optimize data management processes (DM loads, data validation, mappings, error resolution).• Develop and maintain consolidation rules, elimination logic, and translation logic for multi-currency and multi-GAAP scenarios.• Work closely with finance and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.• Support end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes including testing, issue resolution, and user support.• Collaborate with integration teams for smooth data flow from source systems (ERPs) to EPM.• Assist in impact assessment for any changes to the corporate structure or reporting requirements.• Provide documentation, training, and post-go-live support to business users.Required Skills and Experience:• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud applications, specifically FCCS.• Strong understanding of Ownership Management module in FCCS and related consolidation logic.• Proven experience in handling demerger, spin-off, or legal entity restructuring activities in EPM systems.• Hands-on experience with Data Management, data mappings, and automation using EPM Automate or REST APIs.• Good knowledge of Financial Close process, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and minority interest calculations.• Expertise in Smart View reporting and EPM management Report.• Experience with metadata management and hierarchy redesigns using Excel and flat files.• Familiarity with integration of EPM with source systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, SAP) using Data Management, FDMEE, or custom interfaces.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
