Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer –

 

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and improve the reliability, availability, performance, and operational efficiency of enterprise applications and services. The role involves managing production and non-production environments, incident resolution, monitoring, release support, and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and secure service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the health of production and non-production environments( Uipath and Power Platform(Power app, Automate).

• Ensure service availability and proactive system monitoring.

• Respond to incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive issue resolution.

• Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and platform teams to deliver changes safely and securely.

• Support release management activities and ensure environment readiness.

• Execute and support deployments across non-production and production environments.

• Manage and support CI/CD pipelines.

• Implement and support monitoring and observability solutions.

• Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvements and automation.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Application Support.

• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

• Experience working in Cloud environments.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and dashboard creation (Splunk, JIRA, Power BI, or similar).

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment support.

• Experience coordinating with development, infrastructure, and platform teams.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with API Gateway technologies such as Tyk/Apigee.

• Knowledge of automation and operational efficiency improvements.

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps ways of working.
