Business Analyst
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst – Agentic AI, you will serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and intelligent automation capabilities, driving the adoption of Agentic AI within enterprise processes.
Operating directly from the client environment, you will lead the identification, design, and scaling of agent-driven automation use cases, combining traditional RPA with AI agents, decision intelligence, and orchestration to transform business operations.
This is a senior, client-facing role responsible not just for analysis, but for shaping the enterprise’s Agentic Automation roadmap and value realization strategy.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Agentic AI Strategy & Value Discovery
- Lead discovery workshops to identify high-value opportunities for Agentic AI, beyond deterministic automation.
- Translate business problems into agentic workflows involving AI agents, human-in-the-loop, and automation orchestration.
- Define and drive an Agentic Automation pipeline aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Build business cases for AI agents including productivity gains, decision acceleration, and experience improvement.
Process Intelligence & Transformation
- Conduct deep-dive As-Is / To-Be analysis, incorporating:
- Autonomous decision-making layers
- Context-aware workflows
- Multi-agent collaboration scenarios
- Identify opportunities to augment processes with:
- AI agents
- Document understanding
- Generative AI-driven reasoning
- Leverage process insights (task/process mining, heatmaps) to recommend agentic transformation opportunities.
Solution Design Collaboration
- Partner with Solution Architects to design end-to-end Agentic Automation solutions.
- Define functional requirements for AI agents, including Decision boundaries, Human escalation logic, Context handling
- Ensure alignment between business intent and agent behavior design.
Stakeholder Leadership & Change Enablement
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on Agentic AI adoption.
- Evangelize an “Agentic-first” mindset (beyond automation-first).
- Lead workshops, demos, and value storytelling around AI-driven operations.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and transformation teams.
Delivery & Governance
- Guide teams through implementation lifecycle:
- Discovery → Design → Build → Test → Deploy
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure functional alignment throughout delivery.
- Resolve business and functional issues during execution.
Knowledge Building & Reusability
- Identify and document reusable agentic patterns and blueprints.
- Develop case studies, value narratives, and adoption frameworks for enterprise scaling.
Skill Requirements
What You’ll Bring
Experience
- 6–8+ years in Business Analysis / Process Consulting / Digital Transformation.
- Strong exposure to enterprise processes such as:
- Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire (preferred), etc.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Success Factors, Workday, Coupa).
Agentic AI & Automation Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
- UiPath Automation Platform
- Agentic Automation concepts (AI agents, orchestration, human-in-loop)
- Ability to differentiate between:
- Deterministic automation vs agentic decisioning systems
- Familiarity with:
- Process Mining / Task Mining
- Document Understanding
- Generative AI use cases in enterprise workflows
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into agentic solutions

- Experience working in global and client-facing environments
