Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Solutions Using Palo Alto And Palo Alto Xsiam Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Defined Scope And Quality Standards For Product And Sustenance Delivery.
2. Train And Develop Team Members In Palo Alto Technologies, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Ensuring A Skilled Workforce To Mitigate Delivery Risks.
3. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions, Leveraging Expertise In Palo Alto Technologies And Industry Best Practices To Meet Organizational Needs.
4. Ensure Ongoing Knowledge Upgradation By Exploring New Features And Advancements In Palo Alto, Palo Alto Xsiam, And Related Technologies, Maintaining Solution Relevance And Quality Standards.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Expertise In Palo Alto Technologies And Palo Alto Xsiam.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Architectural Design Principles And Solution Delivery Frameworks.
3. Excellent Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Cybersecurity And Network Security.
4. Proficiency In Leading And Mentoring Teams In Technical Environments.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
