A proven track record in an Enterprise Architecture role, having successfully helped drive the architecture vision and strategy. Technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Public/Private Cloud, APIs, traditional hosting, and event-driven architectures. Architectural expertise, including feasibility assessments and road-mapping.

Key Responsibilities

Business facing EA skills High level - Modern technologies e.g. Microservices, public cloud, AI etc. Strong Commercial and Markets Investment Experience. Digital / Cloud native architecture specialism and Agentic AI design and implementation experience.

Skill Requirements

Technical expertise across all areas of AI, including; Machine learning and predictive modelling / MLOps and ML pipeline industrialisation / LLMOps, prompt engineering, embeddings and vector search / Large Language Models (LLMs), hosting, tuning and optimisation / Gen AI and model orchestration / Agentic AI architectures, tool-use patterns, memory and multi-agent workflows -Knowledge of vector databases, distributed systems and scalable AI workload architecture -Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, data sourcing patterns and constraints -Experience designing scalable cloud-native AI architectures (e.g., Azure, GCP) -Demonstrable ability to translate complex architectures into reusable enterprise design patterns

Other Requirements

Experience in business skills such as corporate governance, business control, solution development, and design Technical knowledge of Public/Private Cloud, APIs, traditional hosting, and event-driven architectures.. •Architectural expertise, including feasibility assessments and road-mapping. •Strong Payments knowledge/ background in Financial Services & Payments
