Job Summary : Looking for Broad technical security experience, ideally with deep subject matter expertise & hands on experience in at least one domain e.g. Cryptography implementation, security monitoring, network security, identity access management etc.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve security issues effectively Experience in identifying technological risks and working with stakeholders to manage these risks. Experience with DevSecOps and Secure by Design methodologies . The ability to prioritize and delegate to achieve exceptional outcomes. Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a passion for solving complex ambiguous problems. Prior experience in Offensive security activities such as Pentesting, Threat Modelling, Vulnerability assessment, web application testing is beneficial.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : Identification of IT related security controls and assess their impact to delivery Tribe. Lead the squad by helping the team understand the security defects/requirements around shift left strategy, compliance pentesting lifecycle and vulnerability management. Translating requirements from Security team to tribe applications squad members as part of secure by design process . Identification of controls in place to mitigate key risks Acting Security SME across the tribe for all security functions working closely with Security and Tribe Leads. Identify issues and events within and outside of control environments Work closely with the Information Security team and other teams to identify opportunities for strategic security solutions. Identify root causes for open security issues and events and implementing solutions to prevent the recurrence. Providing Security advice and guidance to the tribe on security and vulnerability issues.

Other Requirement : Expert in SecureBy Design principles to prioritize the security of customers as a core requirement Identification and implementation of ways to improve efficiency for Tech Security activities Participate in Tech Security Forum with Tech Security Advisors from other tribes

Job Description : Educate Delivery Tribe on IT Security activities\\\\r\\\\nReview of Global IT Security Standards and ensuring Local IT Security standards meet requirements\\\\r\\\\nCommunicate the latest policies / guidance related to Tech Security from Global / Head of Tech Security\\\\r\\\\nIndependently review the local assets against Global and Local minimum standards, identifying gaps, developing solutions on how to address gaps and implementing them.\\\\r\\\\nAll Tech Security assurance related activities such as internal / external governance, 2nd line Deep Dives, First Line Monitoring activities\\\\r\\\\nProvide security advice, expertise, and consultancy at all levelsof the business and IT.
